Calling All Fashionistas: Fashion Show Is TOMORROW Night!

Dress your best and come check out the 8th annual Stevenson Styler Fashion Show.

The show is slated for a 7 p.m. start TOMORROW in the Performing Arts Center and will feature the latest looks from local retailers as well as amazing student-designed looks made by students in the Clothing and Design classes.

Admission is $5 and all proceeds will benefit Dress For Success which is a not-for-profit organization that empowers women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.

Student collections will be highlighted for students who submit more than three looks they have made and designed in class. The fashion show is produced by members of the Stevenson Styler Fashion Club and head producers Anjini Thomas and Bennett Thyren.

Over the past few weeks, students have been busy styling looks for the models, deciding on what hair and make-up trends they will use on the models and deciding on the theme. This year the theme is “Fashion In Transit,” which was chosen to highlight the fast-moving and evolving trends we see in the fashion industry.
