Coach Alex Stoller and the PWC Staff have you covered with all of the necessary 411 ~ both written and visual (see the video above)!

The PWC Weight Room is where students can come to exercise and lift weights. At the PWC, that is called “Resistance Training,” which is beneficial for becoming more physically fit.

Did you know that Resistance Training improves physical and mental function, gives the body energy, and helps you look and feel your best? Resistance Training is for everyone, and if you’re new to fitness or already along your fitness journey, the PWC Weight Room has plenty to offer.

By lifting weights and gaining the benefits of Resistance Training, you will feel proud, improve your confidence, and enhance your sense of well-being. Learning how to Resistance Train can help you reach your greatest personal potential.
