DeStress with Student Services: Introducing DeStress 125
Self-care is more important than ever and members of the Student Services Division want to encourage students, staff and community members to take time for themselves each day. To help with that goal, they created DeStress 125 which is a hub of 125 ways to care of yourself.
The hub contains links, photos, videos and resources, to help you take some time to laugh, have fun, meditate, and more. You may see some familiar faces as many of the items in the hub were submitted by Stevenson students and staff.
To get you started, please enjoy this video that was created with help from faculty, staff and administrators at Stevenson to support students preparing for first-semester final exams which begin on Monday.
