Patriot Pride Athlete Summit 
Stevenson student-athletes are invited to attend the inaugural Stevenson Athlete Summit which will be held virtually on Nov. 1 from 8 – 9 p.m. Attendees will explore ways to improve as a student-athlete, hear from experienced guest speakers and participate in interactive activities while creating crucial connections with fellow student-athletes.

Members of the SHS Patriot Pride Athlete Leadership Group will facilitate small group sessions to support participants’ understanding of the topic. This event is open to all Stevenson students.

The first session will focus on Health and Wellness for student athletes and registration is required.

STUDENT ANNOUNCEMENTS
Choral Guild Cheesecake Fundraiser
The SHS Choral Guild is holding their annual cheesecake sale. Orders are being accepted on the Superstore website until Nov. 1 and can be frozen for up to six months. A member of the choir will arrange for individual order delivery.

NHS Blood Drive a Success
Members of the National Honor Society sponsored a blood drive on Oct. 8 at Stevenson. During the six-hour event in the Sports Center, 100 units of blood were collected which equates to 300 lives saved. Thank you to all who participated.

PATRIOT SPORTS NEWS
Girls Swimming and Diving The Stevenson Girls Swimming & Diving program will be competing in several meets this weekend, starting with the Open Swimming meet on Friday, Oct. 16 at 5 p.m. at Libertyville High School. Our divers will also face off against NSC competition on Friday, on the Stevenson pool deck, at 6:30 p.m. Then, on Saturday, Stevenson will also host the JV Conference Championship at 9:00 a.m., followed by varsity at 12:30 p.m. Information on how to watch these competitions online is provided below:
